When we got to San Diego our first stop was the temple.
It was under construction, but it is a beautiful temple.
Then we headed off to the Wild Animal Park. It was pretty cool. They
have hundreds of acres of land where animals can roam free. If you
look closely behind the kids you can see animals. We went on
a train ride and got to see all the animals roaming around.
The next day we went to Sea World. Anytime somebody
else took our picture Savannah wouldn't look at the camera.
What a stink!
Dyson brought his camera and spent a lot of time taking
pictures of all the animals.
The boys riding a ride.
The kids loved the Sea Lion show. It was pretty good.
The next day we headed to the San Diego Zoo. We didn't stay long
because Ed had been up all night on the John, due to food poisoning.
Luckily after going back to the hotel and taking a nap he started feeling
better and we went back to the zoo that night.
Daxton loved the monkeys! He kept giving this monkey loves.
He also loved the peacocks, which were everywhere. Every time
he heard it he would say, "Dad that is a peacock."
It was so beautiful at the Zoo it is so green and you feel
like you are in a rain forest. By far the best Zoo!
Our next stop was Legoland. It was a lot of fun!
They had a lot of rides for little kids. And we had some
nice weather.
This was Daxton's favorite, running around in the water.
They had all sorts of things made out of legos. If you look
close you can see in the next few pictures that everything is
made out of legos.
NY City build out of legos.
The beach! Savannah said this was her favorite thing.
Go figure, the cheapest activity we did.
Savannah collecting seashells.
We also spent a lot of time at the pool.
